EZ-DIE

AiiR is a technology developed by Edale that allows the deskilling of the operator by working in conjunction with the existing Edale print-to-mark registration system.

EZ Reg’ is a cost-effective closed loop camera based autonomous register system designed in-house by Edale.

The EZ Matrix is a hybrid “Break-Free” waste matrix rewind system that combines both conventional and contact waste stripping technologies.

Job storage is our term for machine memory. The Edale press is fully automated, and with our digitisation, we can save press information to be recalled at a later date.

Pre-register minimises the amount of time required to set up the print register. The system will calculate the required location of the print roll based on the distance between each flexodecks.

Edale’s “On-the-Fly” technology enables colour changes to be made on redundant print stations whilst the machine is in production.
