PRE-REG SYSTEM
REDUCED SET-UP TIME
Pre-register system minimises the amount of time required to set up the print register.
The system will calculate the required location of the print roll based on the distance between each flexodecks. Using a magnetic sensor, this system operates irrespective of optical quality, ensuring consistency.
Not only this, but the job storage function allows the pre-register data to be recalled for future jobs when inputs are made by the operator. This ensures that the press can be run virtually in register, immediately.
When combined with Edale AiiR, this pre-reg system allows the machine to be brought fully into register at the touch of a button, allowing deskilling of the operator and increased repeatability of jobs.

AiiR AVT Technology
AiiR is a technology developed by Edale that allows the deskilling of the operator by working in conjunction with the existing Edale print-to-mark registration system.
TOTAL RECALL
Job storage is our term for machine memory. The Edale press is fully automated, and with our digitisation, we can save press information to be recalled at a later date.
ON-THE-FLY
Edale’s “On-the-Fly” technology enables colour changes to be made on redundant print stations whilst the machine is in production.
