We are delighted to announce that our customer, Demax Group, Bulgaria, has invested in their second seventeen (17) colour FL5 Cardline, a custom-built Edale solution to print lottery scratch cards.

Bulgarian print group Demax has cut lottery scratch card printing from three weeks to just two days with a ‘total solution’ Edale 17-colour web press, featuring inline personalisation and Edale’s AiiR Autonomous Inking, Impression and Register control system.
We chose Edale as our partner for our second FL5 Card Line press (Scratch Card Production) as we had experienced their accurate engineering and registration which is critical for lottery card production.Our first FL5 Card Line install was in 2017 and was the first of its kind in Europe and gave us a total solution which was manufactured and supported by Edale. The Scratch Card Production Line has helped us to transform and innovate our lottery card operation and has enabled us to significantly boost our scratch card production and increase capacity outside of Bulgaria.We look forward to taking on board our second Cardline to support our further expansion.
