Thermal Laminator Machine
A wet adhesive is applied to the substrate and the laminate is nipped together. Heat is then applied, either hot air or IR, to dry the wet adhesive and form the bond.
Thermal Lamination in Summary
- Gives flexibility, abrasion resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, and scratch resistance
The Benefits
- Gives flexibility
- Abrasion resistance
- Water resistance
- Solvent resistant
- Scratch resistant
