Wine Bottle Carton and Label Sample
The ‘Edale Press’ Wine Carton and Label sample showcases the exceptional, repeatable print quality of our Single Pass Flexographic FL3 Label Press and FL5 Flexographic Carton Production Line.
These two samples were developed to showcase how, with optimal ink, tape, anilox and printing plates, you can work towards the Fogra 39L print standard quality, by achieving high-quality and repeatable print standards no matter the substrate.
Our FL5 Single Pass Carton Production Line produced some exceptional embellishments finished with the embossing highlighting both the front and back of the carton. A cold foil was applied to the circular roundels and to the model’s eyes, lips and necklace, presenting the intricate capability of cold foil application.
Finally, high gloss varnish was applied to the skyline and the wine glass and the word “press” to complete the wine carton sample. This was then fed into the (FDC), Flatbed die-cutter Cut & Creased, Embossed, waste stripped to give a finished sample ready for the folder, gluer and then filled for the shop shelves.
The FL3 Label Press was able to achieve a superior print
Finished on a self-adhesive label embellished with cold foil highlighting the brand roundel and the model’s eyes, lips and necklace giving an enhanced label finish like no other. A spot varnish was applied to the skyline completing this sample.
