Mayapack chose a machine with a number of other optional features including delam/relam, lamination, turn bar and hot foil which all sit along the rail system, making it ideal for the company to quickly be able to expand into filmic based applications.

Benefit

Since being installed in late 2013, the company have noticed an increased level of productivity, with the rail system giving the additional flexibility to the operator to move additional options easily into varying positions.

We decided on the 8 colour Edale FL5 Carton as it can drastically reduce time; the biggest problem we were finding with offset were the bottlenecks – this will be eradicated with the FL5 Carton, and allow us to become more efficient in both cost – and time, and enable us to meet customer order demands quicker
