Dr. Andreas Kraushaar
Head of Prepress Technology
Andreas Kraushaar joined Fogra in 2001 and has been heading the prepress department for over 15 years. Within the prepress department, he is responsible for research in the fields of imaging science focusing on colour management, image quality assessment, 3D colour and Artificial intelligence.
He is also active in national and international standardisation. Since 2018 is president of the German colour society.
Ade Morton

Having spent 33 years in the flexographic print industry working across capital equipment, anilox engraving, reprographics, plate technology, tape engineering, and inspection systems, in UV, solvent and water based applications in narrow web, offset coating, flexibles, security and paper and board this has helped me greatly to understand not only the anilox roller but also the environment it lives in and the products it works with and the applications it is required to do.
At ALT we have been striving hard over the last 10 years to build a solid brand, with a high level of technical capability and building our own unique geometry with stringent control of volume.
I have enjoyed being involved and watching flexo evolve into a worthy competitor to any print process and one that can offer many value-added benefits such as one-pass production, high graphic reproduction, consistent colour control, simple print head configuration, embellishment in line (screen, digital, embossing, foiling etc).
Richard Wood

With a career spanning over 30 years in printing ink, Richard has been involved in many areas of print, from Narrow Web and Packaging through to Security as an advisor to both Governments and Brand Owners.
This presentation will focus on how the standardisation of the process can increase the overall efficiency, productivity and profitability of the printer.

He has over 38 years experience in the world of print and has been instrumental in the development of the Kodak NX system, as well as many other new flexographic plate and peripheral technologies with well respected companies in the print Industry.
