FL5 Carton Production Line for Reelvision

Lancashire (UK) based company, Reelvision, manufacture for and supply to, the pharmaceutical, healthcare, personal care and FMCG carton market. Having purchased their first FL5 Carton Production Line in 2007 the company had grown significantly resulting in the need for a 2nd machine for carton production which they purchased in 2014.

In 2022 Reelvision and Edale worked together to develop the FL5 further and they purchased their 3rd Edale Carton Production Line with the new improvements and features

Solution

Reelvision are extremely happy with their 2 Carton Production Lines due to the advanced technology, futureproof design and the aftercare and support.  The machines allow them to create high quality carton products with very fast turnaround due to the machines being single pass which virtually eliminates work in progress.

They have just purchased another FL5 Carton Production Line with advanced features such as automation with the EZ Mount plate mounting system, EZ Reg camera system and a wider web width allowing them to offer an even bigger selection of products.

Having worked closely with Edale in 2007 for the design of their original FL5 Carton (then known as the Edale Gamma), the Reelvision team knew as the business grew that they could continue to work closely to ensure they kept ahead of the growth curve whilst keeping investment in future capacity high on the priority list.

The Edale machines have been paramount in seeing Reelvision secure their position as a revolutionary supplier for short-run printed folded cartons with PS 9000:2001 accreditation.

 

An Interview with Deborah Greenwood, Sales Director
