Edale FDC-510 Masterstroke Packages
Nigerian based, Masterstroke Packages Ltd, have been in business since 1989, fast became leaders in the field of packaging and security printing with over 300 employees working across two plants on a 24/7 production schedule.
As business continued to grow rapidly the need for a new edale fdc-510 converting machine arose.
Solution
Producing a wide range of applications for a broad sector – package printing and labels for the health, beauty and food sector, Masterstroke required a new converting line to sit alongside their five other Edale printing machines.
Benefit
The arrival of the FDC-510 has added a significant increase in capacity. Retrofitted to an existing Edale press the machine runs inline creating a single pass folding carton machine with the capabilities to cut, crease and braille emboss – with the latter feature being particularly important for the healthcare sector.
It fits inline with our existing Edale and we are thrilled not only with the quality but the quantity and efficiency of the equipment.
