VICKY MOULD

Hi!

I’m Vicky Mould – part of the Sales & Marketing Team here at Edale. My role is to maintain and grow our database of customers and prospects on our CRM – Salesforce. I am also tasked with ensuring that we use Salesforce to it’s maximum potential to increase productivity within the organisation.

I previously worked in the Travel Retail sector as an Account Manager and as the Senior Office Administrator for a local Cleaning Equipment Specialist.

A bit about me – I lived, worked and studied in Tuscany, Italy for a few years, so I speak Italian. I love taking care of my son when I am not at work. I love a challenge and have self-taught myself various skills from Advanced Microsoft Excel to riding a geared motorcycle! My next task is to become a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
