Rotary Screen Printing Machine
There are three types of screen-printing presses, flat-bed, cylinder, and rotary screen printing machine.
Flatscreen printing has been around for a long time; however, rotary screen printing is a relatively new concept; it dates back to 1960; the process was developed by George Reinke of screen-printing Systems in Nevada. Reinke introduced the idea of taking a flatscreen process into a cylinder process and squeezed the ink through the mesh from the inside whilst the screen rotated, and the web moved.
However, some still regard it as a niche; it is a growing market and a process known for printing on fabrics; however, it is widely used and suited for producing distinctive labels and folding cartons.
