Pre-register system minimises the amount of time required to set up the print register.

Using magnets rather than optical sensors you get consistent results regardless of any ink spills or optical issues. The system will calculate the required location of the print roll based on the distance between print heads.
Combined with our job storage, the pre-register data can be recalled for future jobs with any alternations the operator has made allowing the press to virtually run in register almost immediately.

With the addition of the EZ reg system you can quickly get the machine into perfect register and easily maintain that registration with just a few buttons allowing consistent repeatability of jobs.
