Cold Foil
A high quality metallic image is achieved by a printing colours over a foiled image.
4 colour CMYK
Edale’s fully servo driven design and unique print head geometry (Uniprint) ensures unrivalled registration accuracy which allows for easy use of process printing without spot colours.
Die cut
The label is accurately cut in register using an EZ die quick change system with automatic.
Waste stripping
The label waste is automatically separated and removed leaving the fully printed and cut label on the backing material.
Slitting & Rewinding
A fully automated or manual set slitting system within the press allows for product to be easily slit into finished product and to remove any edge trim that is not required. The individual slit lanes of material are rewound onto a single shaft or optionally the press can be equipped with two differential shafts to give distinct smaller reels for easier processing.

The Edale FL1 PRIME single-pass label printer is a highly productive, fully servo driven economically viable quality label printing system. Our design priority has been to create an affordable system that is exceptionally quick to set up, generating absolutely minimal waste.
The fully modular design allows for the press to be easily upgraded or customised as your business evolves and grows.
The FL1 Prime single-pass label printer machine is aimed as a logical replacement or addition to the older mechanical presses used within the narrow web printing market or as an ideal start-up press for new ventures.
Built upon the fundamentals of its bigger brother, the FL3, and by using Edale’s 75 years of experience in design, manufacturing and support allows for a reliable solution for the ever-increasing print quality demands within the label industry. Using proven servo-driven technology as standard and the world renowned Uniprint printhead design quality, repeatability and low waste is easily and consistently achieved.

Based in Casablanca Morocco, Label Pack has selected the Edale FL3 as their next press investment.
