Diese k\u00f6nnen zu jeder Edale-Druckmaschine hinzugef\u00fcgt werden und sind auf unserem modularen Schienensystem montiert, sodass sie zu fast jedem Druckmodul bewegt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem ben\u00f6tigen Sie einen Kaltfolienspalt, der ebenfalls durch Befestigungsl\u00f6cher an jedes Druckmodul angebracht werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>Mit normalen Flexodruckplatten wird das Bild, das Sie folieren m\u00f6chten, mit UV-Klebstoff gedruckt, der die Bahn klebrig macht. Es gibt keine teuren Stanzwerkzeuge, nur normale Flexodruckplatten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Folie wird von der Abrollung des Laminiermoduls abgewickelt und dann mit dem beweglichen Kaltfolienspalt auf das Substrat geklebt.<\/p>\n<p>Die nun zusammengeklebte Folie und das Substrat werden um die K\u00fchlwalze gewickelt und der UV-Trockner h\u00e4rtet den Klebstoff aus.<\/p>\n<p>Die Folie ist teilweise transparent, so dass das UV-Licht von der gegen\u00fcberliegenden Seite eindringt und feuchte Umh\u00fcllungen vermieden werden.<\/p>\n<p>Beachten Sie, dass im Video zwar konventionelle UV-Trockner gezeigt werden, Sie dies aber auch mit LED-UV-Trocknern tun k\u00f6nnen, die ebenfalls f\u00fcr jede Edale-Druckmaschine erh\u00e4ltlich sind.<\/p>\n<p>Die Folie, die nicht auf den Bedruckstoff \u00fcbertragen wird, verbleibt auf dem Kunststofftr\u00e4ger der Folie und wird nach der Druckstation abgezogen und auf den Folienabfallwickler aufgewickelt. F\u00fcr kleinere Folienrollen sind Differenzialdorne erh\u00e4ltlich, die das Trennen der Rollen erleichtern. Einige der Effekte, die sich mit Kaltfolien erzielen lassen, sind erstaunlich.<\/p>\n<p>Sie k\u00f6nnen die Folie \u00fcber einen vorhandenen Druck drucken oder auf die Folie drucken, um einen farbigen Metallic- oder Mustereffekt zu erzielen. Wenn Ihre Maschine \u00fcber ein Laminiermodul f\u00fcr Kaltfolien verf\u00fcgt, kann es auch f\u00fcr andere Laminierarten wie Verzierungen, holografische Effekte oder mit einem kleinen Upgrade
